CHIEF COMPLAINT: A 23 year old female presented with complaints of: sore throat since 3 days loss of smell since 2 days cold since 2 days HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 days back. The patient has been in contact with a COVID +ve person. HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS: No History of Diabetes, Hypertension, TB, CAD or Asthma. PERSONAL HISTORY: Occupation: Student Appetite: Normal Diet: Mixed Bowel movements: Regular Micturition: Normal No known allergies Habits/Addictions: None FAMILY HISTORY: Not significant PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Mild pallor present No icterus No cyanosis, clubbing, edema or lymphadenopathy Vitals:  Pulse rate:  92/min Respiration rate:  24 breaths/min BP:  120/80 mmHg SpO2:  97% PROVISIONAL DIAGNOSIS: COVID-19. A 55 year old male resident of Nunavathanda came to opd with Chief complaint of Pain abdomen at right hypochondrium and lumbar region , decreased appetite & SOB (shortness of breath) since 20 days for which he went to a local hospital and diagnosed as Multiple liver abscess(? Pyogenic)-unliquified and treated with IV antibiotics. No H/O Fever,vomitings,loose stools,no other complaints H/O TB 10 years back used medications for 5-6 months Not a k/c/o HTN,DM, Asthma,CAD. Treatment history He used medications for TB 10 years back for 5 months.  A 35 year old man presented to the casualty with the complaints of  Bilateral pedal edema since 1 week Dyspnea since 15 days  Abdominal distension since 2 months  History of Presenting illness A 35 year old man, who sells plants  at nalgonda tells us a detailed insight to the reason for all his problems. He says he has been married 9 years back but since the past 5 years he has been living apart from his wife and his 2 sons due to marital issues.
